Making a purchase By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying them (including passing your details on to couriers). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
Our website information is regularly checked, but if we find the price has changed when we receive your order you can be sure we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed.
Delivery We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us providing the goods are in stock but we cannot give an exact delivery time. Delivery is usually 5 days, although not guaranteed. We request customers requiring this service to place their order before 2.00pm. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay. All non-delivered or damaged items need to be reported to us within 15 days of the date of despatch.
Cancelled Orders & Returns Cancellations and returns will be ONLY accepted on faulty or damage goods. Please call us in the first instance 01244 311442. Any item that is returned and found to be not damaged or not faulty will be non refundable. Customer order errors are non refundable.
